A Colossal Warehouse & Industrial Measured Survey in Tunbridge Wells

DMP instructed on behalf of property investment client, undertook a Measured Survey and Topographical Survey. The site, a substantial, well known, former food manufacturing site in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

DMP to provide accurate floor plans, elevations and sections which are to be utilised for further works to the various buildings in the future.

During the survey, the DMP surveying team were able to precisely capture the internal and external dimensions of the existing elements of the property. Whilst undertaking topographical survey and aerial drone photography to provide an alternative perspective. In particular, to highlight the sign of alterations and extensions of the varying buildings and structures. As illustrated in photos.

DMP’s in-house Architectural Technologists have been able to develop precise plans. Including elevations, sections through the buildings structures and overall site. 

Interesting, it is understood the former owners, ‘W A Turner’, well known for making sausages, pies and other foods. Based in Tunbridge Wells for over half a century since it opened in the early 1970s. At its peak, one of the largest companies in Tunbridge Wells, employing over 470 people.
