DMP have submitted on behalf of existing client planning permission for new shop front installation. In addition, demolition of redundant boiler house enclosure/WC block. This vacant retail accommodation is first of the line for any future lettings by any prospective retail tenant.
DMP’s in house team of CIAT Architectural Technicians have prepared the detailed planning drawings to reflect the local street scene. Importantly, to including the requirements of Mid Sussex Shop Front Design Guide and a tailored design in order to suit all possible retail uses.

Furthermore, DMP are currently liaising with the historic tenant in order to agree dilapidation claim for the property. A series of landlords works, including the new shop front, shall restore the building into a good standard of repair and decorative order.
Once the dilapidation claim is agreed and planning is determined DMP shall be administering the JCT Minor Works 2016 Contract between the landlord and contractor.
