A Planning “Spring Clean” in
Queens Square Crawley
Following our newsfeed of 12th April 2019 DMP are pleased to have submitted on behalf of the client to Crawley Borough Council a non-material planning application and reserved planning condition drawings.
The revised layouts of seven flats at Queens Square, Crawley from the layouts as achieved by DMP in December 2018 allows the proposed units to be better laid out now full exposure of the existing structural elements has taken place during strip out demolition phase.
Significantly, all flats now have an enhanced layout. In particular, allowing kitchens to be separated from living rooms and larger storage cupboards to be provided.
The reserved conditions under consideration by the planning department are;
- additional sunlight via sun pipes
- external materials comprising of Marley Cedral Board and Vieo Metal Cladding
- Secondary Glazing ensuring the original Crittal windows are left fully overhauled and operational maintaining the street scene
