John Whitlock is the Managing Partner of DMP and a respected leader within the property consultancy and construction sectors. Since acquiring the practice in 2013, he has transformed DMP into one of the South East's leading independent building surveying and project consultancy firms, recognised for its commitment to quality, innovation and client service.
With over two decades of industry experience spanning architecture, building surveying, project delivery and business leadership, John provides strategic direction across the organisation while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Under his leadership, DMP has successfully implemented internationally recognised quality standards, including ISO 9001 accreditation, while championing initiatives that promote responsible business practices, professional development and environmental stewardship. His vision has helped establish a culture built on technical excellence, collaborative working and continuous improvement.

In addition to her wellbeing responsibilities, Bracken oversees security, visitor relations, and strategic meeting attendance. Her preferred working style involves maintaining a visible presence beneath John Whitlock's desk, where she expertly balances supervisory duties with regular power naps.
