Acquisition Survey undertaken in Canterbury

We have recently carried out an Acquisition Survey at a large retail unit located in St George’s Street, Canterbury.

We were under instruction to visit the 20,000 square foot property on behalf of a client looking to purchase the site currently occupied by a popular high street retailer.

Overall DMP works included carrying out a measured site survey, producing CAD drawings as well as an ITZA measurement report.

The acquisition survey submitted to our client was conducted with particular note to the concrete framed structure of the property and relevant accommodation standards.
