DMP complete a detailed external roof and elevations Schedule of Condition in Tunbridge Wells.

This particular Schedule of Condition is to identify, assess and highlight the repairs required externally for our client. Utilising the information to form an external repairs schedule for their upcoming redevelopment of the property.

DMP undertook the visual inspection of the elevations from the ground floor and took advantage of our aerial drone capability. Of which is becoming more popular with our commercial and residential clients. 

This low cost way of inspecting roof areas negates the need for any scaffolding or platforms. Furthermore, provides hi resolution photography in order to asses any defects that may exist.

A Schedule of Condition is useful in a variety of ways for clients, from an incoming schedule for use in Lease purposes, or, as in this instance, a report listing the condition of elements in order that repairs can be planned and undertaken.
