And We’re Off…. Camden Town Works Scheduled to Start in March

A bright and beautiful winters day in Camden Town for Pre-Contract meeting with clients representative and Contractor.

Following our newsfeed of 17th July 2019 DMP are instructed to proceed with the Contract Administration to oversee the internal and external repairs.

Works involve;

• A full roof replacement including upgrading thermal insulation
• New PVCu windows and internal and external decorations
• A replacement retaining wall and external landscaping

The client brief was to also consider fire upgrade works. During our initial survey we discovered that the building had limited to no fire resisting elements, including no fire alarm. The building having being constructed mid 60s.

We are pleased to report that following the successful meeting the Contractor shall commence work at the beginning of March.

In addition, DMP are also instructed to undertake Principal Designer role on connection with CDM regulations 2015 and shall be acting on behalf of the leaseholders.
