And we’re off…. Works started on retail unit in Bromley

Following our news feed on the 10th July we are delighted to advise works have now commenced on retail site in Bromley.

DMP will monitor landlord enabling works to retail area and upper parts before occupation by a leading retailer. Plus commencement of phase 2, which is conversion works to form 3 x two bedroom flats.

The enabling works contract was competitively tendered with the contract awarded to BrownWood Building Contractors Ltd by our Client. Our colleagues at Wenham O’Brien shall be administering the contract on behalf of the Client with DMP specifically providing Architectural and Principle Designer services.

The 13 weeks project on site to include substantial structural internal alterations, new roof structures and roof finishes. New external access points to upper parts, external repairs and refurbishment including new aluminium windows and composite doors.

In addition, Phase 2 this Autumn, DMP have prepared necessary drawings and specification for the conversion of the upper parts. We look forward to updating again nearer the time.
