Following on from our previous newsfeed from 31st July, the conversion works from office use to residential have been progressing at quite a pace.
A JCT Minor Works contract was negotiated on behalf of the Client and works have been ongoing during a tight 6-week programme with an expected handover next week. Works have included external repairs, window replacement, and formation of a three-bedroom flat from office plan space to a new bathroom/kitchen with internal finishes.
