UPDATE: Following on from our newsfeed 27th October 2022. DMP continue to provided architectural consultancy support to the Main Contractor who is currently undertaking full refurbishment of the Grade II listed farmhouse in Guildford.

DMP were pleased to undertake joint inspection with CTP Consulting Engineers to whom we have had a very close working relationship for some 15 years plus.Importantly, to review the current underpinning works and structural reinstatement of the property in particular at basement level.

A further drawing update with respect the new staircase arrangement shall be provided to the Contractor shortly. The staircases have been designed in order to meet current Building Regulations requirements where possible although not to affect the listed building structural elements.

DMP architectural planning success 89.4% APPROVED
