In the current market there is a surplus of vacant high quality office space which means setting your office space apart from others is imperative in securing tenants’. DMP was instructed by the landlord of an existing basic shell office to fit out the space to enable a prospective tenant to move in relatively quickly but still be able to specify key elements of the fit out to meet their requirements. Through our extensive database of local competent fit out contractors DMP were requested to seek competitive tenders for the works and complete a tender analysis. This information was issued to the client and in turn a contractor was appointed and DMP instructed to Project Manage the works.
