Building Survey Carried out in Chessington

While maintaining strict processes and procedures in line with Government guidance relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19), John Whitlock attended a vacant car show room site last week in Chessington.

The purpose of the inspection was to undertake a Building Survey for an existing client, a National chain pet care retail store, who shall be taking on a long leasehold interest of the detached building, located ½ mile south of Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

DMP LLP are open for business. We continue to operate from either or offices in Tunbridge Wells or remotely at home where ever possible. We are able to undertake commercial and residential inspections of empty properties or can be made vacant for our inspection.
