Another busy day at the office, with residential Building Surveys remaining buoyant.

Our surveying team complete a Building Survey & Acquisition Report, followed by a detailed Measured Survey for a client looking to purchase period property located a short walk from Clapham Common. 

This stunning end of terraced Victorian town house set over five floors. Extended and altered in 1980s by the current owners to provide family home as found today.

The beautifully proportioned accommodation provided independent access from the front into the lower ground floor. Comprising of the kitchen, dining room with direct at this level and ground level into the rear garden.

During our inspection internally the property was found to be in good decorative order. We recommended further investigations/works to tank the lower ground floor to provide damp/moisture free environment and undertake external repairs and overhaul the original sash windows.

As required by our client, one of our in-house Architectural Technician’s attended the property in order to undertake a detailed measured survey of the property. Thus providing our client with as existing drawings for possible future renovations & alterations.
