Recently DMP undertook a Full Building Survey on a handsome Grade II* listed semi-detached property in the centre of Rochester, Kent.
We were of the opinion that the property was constructed late 18th century. As you can see from the images, clear sign of Georgian architecture with the symmetry and uniformity of timber sash windows to the external façade.
