After receiving 2 personal recommendations we asked DMP to carry out a full survey on a listed property we were interested in buying. Being an old property I wanted a full report of the roof, Andrew timed his visit to fit in with the weather so he could use the drone to check the chimneys, roof, guttering etc, this was first class we have many photographs highlighting where repairs are needed. This would not have been possible had the survey been carried out from street level. I feel we have received a first class service from DMP every area of the property internal and external has been checked, reported on and backed up with photographs.  I would not hesitate to recommend DMP.

We contacted DMP 2.5 weeks ago, since then the inspection has been completed and building survey report has been delivered to us for review.
