Commercial Measured Survey
on Storm Damaged Building
in Tunbridge Wells

DMP have undertaken a Measured Survey of a large commercial property at High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells following storm damage, with loss of roof covering to the whole building.

Using the data gathered on the Measured Survey meant we could draw up “as existing” plans of the ground floor and roof to show the structure of the building. Importantly, this information will be needed at a later stage in the project when it comes to designing and replacing the roof to the building.

DMP have been appointed by the client to develop specification of works which shall incorporate “as proposed” drawings and are currently liaising with the clients insurance Loss Adjusters.
