DMP instructed by a new client, to achieve planning permission for the erection of a new cold rolled steel building. Our brief, was to allow the demolition of two old timber stores. Ensuring the contents to be safely protected inside the new enclosure.
The new client approached DMP after becoming aware of us through meeting John Whitlock in his weekly BNI networking group.
Our client received a quotation for the new cold rolled steel building prior to meeting with us. This quotation provided us with specific details of the building that we could then draw from to produce detailed planning drawings.
DMP initially attended site to get an idea of the surrounding area, exact proposed location of the new building and to take photos of the site.
Our Architectural Technicians produced proposed planning drawings for the building in order to submit alongside a planning application. Liaising with the client to ensure their requirements for the drawings were met.
Once the proposed plans were signed off by the client, DMP filled out the planning application, along with the required documents. Including writing a planning, design and access statement to support the application.
During the validation and consultation period DMP kept the client updated on the status of the application.
