Completion of flats with a sea view at Montague Place, Worthing

We are happy to announce that the final phase of extensive repairs and conversion of a substantial building at Montague Place, Worthing is now complete.

The overall project having commenced in Summer 2014, DMP have acted as Project Architect and Contract Administrator and overseen four phases of works including creation of two retail units, creation of flats to vacant upper parts and external preservation and maintenance works.

The final flats have now been completed and are now available to rent, with one of the flats already pre-let via local Agents Michael Jones.
