DMP, through word of mouth recommendation was instructed to investigate and diagnose with suggested remediation, owing to concerns with internal damp and water staining across a site of senior living apartments in Heathfield, East Sussex.

DMP undertook a full day Defects Inspection Survey on site to review multiple properties across the estate utilising the whole kit within a surveyors tool bag to investigate the presenting evidence. Together with speaking to residents to gain understanding of the ongoing challenge with damp and condensation.
