Continued CPD Training within DMP

As part of ongoing staff CPD (Continued Personal Development) training; one of our surveyors recently undertook a High Speed Training course in Time Management.

The course included sections on Planning and Prioritisation, preventing time robbers, delegating tasks and managing meetings.

These regular online courses continue to be a valuable source of information and useful training method with a diverse range of workplace themes.
