Office Refurbishment in Banstead

Following completion of a first phase office refurbishment project in Summer 2016, DMP have taken on the Contract Administration role on the second phase in Banstead, Surrey.

The works currently being undertaken by the main contractor provides an Air Conditioning/Comfort Cooling system, floor and ceiling finishes and bespoke kitchenette.

Any prospective tenant shall be able to settle into this new “perfect-working” environment, allowing them to grow their business and make their employees feel at home from day one.

A separate contract is also being administered by DMP to upgrade the common areas including the toilet facilities.
