DMP hit the high note in Crawley

DMP have submitted a detailed Planning Application for internal alterations and a new shop front a prominent retail unit in Crawley, comprising of a 9,000 sq. ft, situated opposite the new £3.2 million Square which shall be opening in Summer 2017.

We have prepared Landlord’s Works documentation and supporting drawings which have been agreed with the prospective tenant.

DMP are instructed to administer a JCT Minors Works Contract for the proposed alteration work with a view to handover in Spring 2017.
