DMP complete a Defects Analysis investigation regarding concerns from the Owner of leaking in the Georgian property.

Our surveyor investigated the internal parts of the property by accessing the confined roof voids. In addition, with the use of the aerial drone we carried out an external survey of the roof areas to diagnose and suggest routes for rectification.

Our defects investigation diagnosed a variety of issues and concerns that were leading to the extensive leaking. Thus providing our Client with the diagnosis of the issues and the suggested remedy of the issue. As pert of our service, we provided a costed summary of works in order that the Client can approach local trades.

Furthermore, our client has now instruct DMP to continue with its presence and mage the rectification works. Utilising our Contract Administration service to see the works are complete.

What is a Defects Analysis?

A Defect Analysis Report focuses solely on a specific issue within the property.

The inspection and report will determine the cause and cost of the defect and will then go onto confirm the solution required to rectify and make good the defect.

Property defects can be confusing and costly if substandard advice is obtained, it can lead to costly and unnecessary contractor repairs.
