DMP Act as Contract Administrators for large residential block in London
DMP facilitate the Contract Administration role for external and internal refurbishment of a block of flats in popular Camden Town.
Following on from our newsfeed of 17th July DMP prepared a detailed schedule of works in order to bring the building up to current regulations.
Our expectation is to have contractors on site within the next 4 to 6 weeks. DMP shall be attending to monitor the works and undertake joint valuations with the Contractor during the course of the 20 week programme.
Significantly, works include new fire alarm system and internal decorations. In addition, externally undertaking a full roof replacement, window replacement and external repairs/decorations and new retaining wall structures.
