DMP Architectural Team to the Rescue!

Proudly DMP architectural design team come highly recommended to a new client in Tunbridge Wells.

Our brief is to assist them providing Building Regulation and detailed construction drawings for a proposed Garden Room.

A previous sketch scheme had been prepared with some engineers input for foundations. However the client has became aware that more carefully design detailing is required. Specifically to ensure design harmony with the varying materials from handmade brickwork, aluminium windows, exposed steel frame and COR-TEN and zinc roofs.

DMP’s experienced Architectural Technicians are now working alongside the clients appointed Engineer to prepare the drawings. Deadline is the principal structure is built prior to site measuring the bespoke aluminium glazed windows. Including an impressive glazed link between the charming Kent Barn and new contemporary addition.
