DMP Assess Badly Fire Damaged Building

DMP onsite at an extremely fire damaged property in Grays, Esssex.

Our role, on behalf of an existing client, was to attend the badly damaged buildings and assess for building reinstatement.

We are instructed to consider the current planning permission for the site which is to provide 3 no. three bedroom houses which is due to lapse in Autumn 2019. In addition, prepare a scope of works to reinstate the existing building in readiness for extension and adaptations with a view to provide two of the proposed dwellings.

As you can see from the images the two buildings have suffered significant damage.
