DMP attends a “Party Wall” in Tonbridge!

DMP stepped in on behalf of a client who had been served a Party Wall Notice by their neighbour, planning to build a rear extension to their residential property in Tonbridge.

The scheme drawn up involved substantial ground and structural work, which DMP spent time analysing before reporting back to the client and investigating further with the opposing surveyor.

An Award was agreed upon which provided for ongoing ground investigations during the works.
