Having achieved the measured survey, including topographical survey, we are currently preparing for the client a set of existing drawings including elevations and supporting photographic schedule of the approximate 10,000 sq ft property over ground, first and second floors.
The further exciting stages of the client brief we are to consider sub-division and extension opportunities. In particular, adding further accommodation at roof level, to provide additional accommodation for the freehold owner occupier.
DMP are preparing a planning pack including Planning Statement and Design and Access Statement together with detailed planning drawings with a final submission to Bromley Council for consideration.
