DMP ‘Clean Up’ with Measured Survey in Kentish Town
DMP were instructed to undertake a detailed Measured Survey of the previous head office of ‘JML’ the home-based product retailer. The property, situated in Kentish Town, London totalling approximately 27,000 square foot of proposed office accommodation had been acquired by our Client.
The Client had achieved ‘change of use’ from light industrial to B1(a) office accommodation in 2015 and required DMP to review existing drawings and undertake the survey in accordance with International Property Measurement Standards (IMPS) and RICS Code of Measuring Practice 6th edition to confirm final areas following a full strip out of the building.
