DMP Cricket Event

The annual DMP cricket event that took place yesterday afternoon at the beautiful Eridge Park CC was blessed yet again with some tremendous cricketing talents. Colleagues, clients and contractors gathered to compete in the most anticipated game of their year, but some seemed to be more enthusiastic to tuck into the free bar and BBQ.

The game itself was rather one sided. Captained by our very own Sam Jones, the side that batted first managed to bash their way to 128 with opening batsmen Dan Boyes and Jon Borrough smashing the ball to all parts of the ground before retiring to give everyone else a chance to score some runs. The 128 always seemed like a tough ask and unfortunately the second team were bowled out for just 68 despite some valiant efforts with the bat from captain Joe Maunder and opener Nigel Gerrett.  

All in all it was a great afternoon and we thank everyone for coming along. We hope to see you again next year!
