DMP Deliver a Schedule of Condition on Historic former Old Chapel

DMP have provided an internal and external inspection of a substantial Grade II listed office building based in Tunbridge Wells.

This interesting building, which was once an old chapel, has a rich history where John Wesley preached on a number of occasions.

The detailed inspection included an Aerial Drone Survey of the main roof and secondary roof structures, together with junctions/details with adjoining properties.

The Schedule of Essential Repairs issued to the client includes a detailed defect analysis. In addition, a supporting high resolution image against each item in order our client can clearly identify each repair to be undertaken.

Without delay DMP are now instructed to take forward the schedule to prepare a meticulous specification of works. Initially the client intention is to undertake immediate repairs to under croft car parking due ongoing water ingress. Our team will be assisting with tender preparations.

We offer aerial drone images with all our commercial and residential surveys (weather permitting). Our certified operators have undertaken suitable training to enable us to use the drone in a safe and secure manner. The drone is an excellent addition to our capabilities for inspections where high level areas are difficult to view.
