DMP Dilapidations Survey in Bristol

DMP have recently been instructed to undertake out a Schedule of Dilapidations of a substantial retail unit near Blaise Castle to the Northern edge of Bristol.

Subject to Dilapidation Negotiations the client has requested DMP prepare detailed planning drawings and submit to Bristol City Council for consideration a scheme to redevelop the rear of the site to provide a mixture of ten 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
