DMP Granted Planning Permission for a Stunning House Conversion in Royal Tunbridge Wells!

A great start to December for DMP and our Client in being granted Planning Permission for the conversion of a large 9 bedroom house in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

This stunning property is a significant and prominent house with a commanding location overlooking Mount Ephraim. The building has undergone a number of transitions throughout the 20th Century, originally forming semi-detached villas before being converted into 9no. residential private flat dwellings. Before latterly being converted into a single family home with annexed individual flats at ground floor.

DMP undertook a range of works for this project including a full Measured Survey and Scheme Development prior to submitting all planning documents. Comprehensive discussions with the planners over the proposals were ongoing during the consultation period, resulting in our successful achievement.

In reverting the property into a stunning semi-detached villa houses and retaining the lower ground floor flats the property now offers much greater use and appeal.

Construction works are currently in progress and we can’t wait to show you the finished results in 2018!
