DMP have been undertaking numerous residential building surveys

DMP undertake a number of differing survey buildings. We work on behalf of private, commercial, investment, pension and developer clients to name a few. But last week our building surveying team had numerous residential survey instructions for private clients.

We have undertaken RICS Homebuyer and Full building surveys in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Balham, London and Horsmonden.

The surveys undertaken form part of the RICS Standard Suite of Building Surveys which are then released to the client. DMP always take the time to discuss the report with a client following its release ensuring that the client understands specific terms and providing a breakdown of the condition, existing and potential defects and likely maintenance works of the property. DMP always find that this element sets our surveys apart from others and provides the client the peace of mind either with acquisition or new lease.
