DMP “hop” into Project Manage Stunning Oast House in Kent

Located in the glorious Kent countryside, this beautiful Oast Farmstead shall undergo an impressive heritage transformation fit for 21st Century living.

The specialist team at DMP are currently preparing the detailed construction drawings including the structural design and detailing. Furthermore, our senior project manager has reported to the client the initial building budget for the proposed works.

Adhering to our ISO9001 quality management standards and leveraging our preferred supplier list, we have set about contacting specialist suppliers. For example, IDSystems in connection with the fully sliding glazed doors and obtained costs to ensure the budget is realistic.

The property although not listed is set within a group of listed buildings. Therefore the proposed specification of works to be developed our team shall select materials and building techniques which are sensitively designed and sympathetic to neighbouring host listed building.

DMP will release tender documents to local contractors in September in order works can commence on site in Autumn 2020. Finally, with successful completion of the project in Spring 2021.
