DMP ARCHITECTURAL TEAM TO THE RESCUE!
Proudly DMP architectural design team come highly recommended to a new client in Tunbridge Wells.
Our brief is to assist them providing Building Regulation and detailed construction drawings for a proposed Garden Room.
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT FOR NEW AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS
DMP instructed to prepare detailed planning drawings and submit planning application to Wealden District Council for proposed Agricultural Building on business yard outside of Tunbridge Wells.
QUINTESSENTIAL SUSSEX BUILDING SURVEY WITH A TWIST
DMP had the privilege of undertaking a Building Survey and Acquisition Report of a stunning detached cottage.
This renovated four bedroom period property is nestled within the residential village of Peasmarsh, near Rye, East Sussex.
DMP PROUDLY SUPPORTS SHINE’S VIRTUAL BALLOON RACE
For the 3rd year running DMP is proudly supporting the Shine virtual balloon race.
Formed in 1966 to support those living with spina biffida and/or hydrocephalus Shine continues to go from strength to strength.
A COMMERCIAL BUILDING SURVEY WITH A CATHEDRAL VIEW
DMP undertook a full building and acquisition survey of a commercial retail property in the heart of Canterbury City Centre. The extensive property currently occupied by Dorothy Perkins and Burtons is set over three floors.

This week DMP proudly received a exemplary pass on another external audit for ISO9001 Quality Management Systems accreditation.
Conducted by the BSI the recognised global business improvement organisation. DMP have demonstrated that “we make excellence a habit” by achieving and conforming to the strict standards set down by ISO.
NEW MIXED USE ACCOMMODATION COMING TO HAYWARDS HEATH
Progress is moving along and to schedule on South Road, Haywards Heath . Phase 1 of works, demolition and strip out including render and roof repairs, is now complete. Nicely moving into Phase 2.
