DMP join the 11 million visitors by train to Cambridge (2015/2016)
for a Property Inspection

DMP attended site yesterday to review for a forthcoming Measured Survey to be undertaken of a parade of buildings on the junction of Station Street/Hills Road, in the University City of Cambridge. This was the first step process in preparation from the Client’s brief on the instruction.

The mixed use site comprised of approximately 16,500 square foot of retail, leisure, commercial and residential uses.

 Results from the preparation drawings by DMP shall hopefully ‘educate’ the Client and associated parties to its exact layout and possible sub-division.
