Only last week DMP were able to undertake a Dilapidations Survey in Edenbridge, Kent. The exchange of lease documentation and keys was seamless. With an instruction received 48 hours prior and an inspection undertaken and keys returned the same day.
The property, 1,875 sq ft of accommodation comprised of a two storey end of terrace warehouse with offices at first floor.
We shall be advising the landlord as to the potential dilapidation claim at the end of the tenants 5 year lease term.
