Employee of the Month is awarded to Jon McManus
DMP is excited to announce that Employee of the Month for March is awarded to Jon McManus.
Nominated for by a number of his team, Jon has shown some excellent qualities, hard work and behaviors, demonstrating a range of the DMP Company Values, specifically in Excellence, Innovation and Smart People.
Recently Jon has shared his ideas, providing different ways DMP can illustrate various images of buildings and projects for our news feeds, this is with a view to share and engage our Clients and audience. Jon has also made a positive contribution to providing ideas and suggestions at monthly meetings.
Jon is keen to learn, takes advantage of training and ensures his e-learning is regularly achieved. He has a interest in 3D modelling which is expanding his learning further.
Jon successfully partnered with a colleague to become our Fire Warden. He has made a significant contribution to this role, identifying best practice and ensuring DMP is compliant.
Overall Jon has settled into his role with ease, is learning quickly and is proving to be a great asset! Well done and thank you for your hard work!
