DMP Mediates Party Wall Agreement in Maidstone

On behalf of our client, DMP served a Party Wall Award in the Medway town of Maidstone earlier this month. The project involved the construction of a residential ground-floor extension which affected the party wall between the property undergoing works and their neighbours.

Acting on behalf of the adjoining owner, DMP inspected the construction drawings and methods, providing our client with detailed analysis of any areas of potential concern. They finalised with a Party Wall Award with the neighbour’s surveyor.
