The project involves the design and delivery of a single-storey rear kitchen extension, together with significant internal alterations to create a bright, modern open-plan living space. ✅ Liaising directly with Building Control to achieve compliance.

✅ Undertaking thermal insulation and U-value calculations.

✅ Preparing existing condition photographic schedules.

✅ Serving the required Party Wall Notices.

✅ Acting on behalf of the Building Owner under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

✅ Liaising and negotiating with adjoining owners and their appointed surveyors.

✅ Preparing and agreeing Party Wall Awards.

✅ Advising on Line of Junction matters and construction works adjacent to neighbouring properties.
