DMP Proudly Accepts Impressive “Hero” Award From Lyndendown Ltd

This month DMP proudly recieved a “hero” award 2022 from our long standing client Lyndendown.

The award, which was presented at their annual stakeholder celebration, is in recognition for successfully achiving granted planning permission for a commercial & residential extension in Horley.

The mixed use property is located to the North side of Brighton Road in Horley, forming part of a local shopping centre. The property is made up of retail across ground floor and 3 no. flats over first floor.

DMP are instructed to achieve granted permission for the construction of ground floor extension to existing retail unit. Alteration and extension to first floor accommodation to provide 2 no. further flats at first floor. To replace the elapsed granted permission. Read further.
