DMP Score a Hat-Trick for
“APPROVED/GRANTED” Planning in April
DMP have successfully secured APPROVED Householder and Full Planning Permission for three very different projects during April.
The proposals range from replacement garage in Tunbridge Wells, additional parking for Hospice in the Weald, Five Ashes and extended loft conversion in Tunbridge Wells.
Derwent Drive
DMP were instructed to undertake a measured survey in order to produce the existing floorplans and elevations necessary to form the basis for the proposed drawings.
Once the existing drawings were prepared, DMP began to prepare the proposed drawings, taking clients feedback along the way to produce the proposal in accord with the client brief.
DMP prepared the planning set of drawings and submitted with Householder Application to the Local Planning Authority.
During the planning process, DMP monitored the progress of the application and kept the client informed of any updates on the application. A granted decision was issued and DMP are now taking the project forward with the Building Regulation phase.
Lansdowne Road
Initially, DMP visited the site to take the clients brief and gather the required measurements to produce the existing set of drawings.
Once the existing drawings were prepared, following the client brief, DMP promptly prepared options to the client for their consideration. Once the Proposal had been signed off, DMP prepared the planning set of drawings, Heritage & D&A Statement and submitted the Householder Planning Application.
DMP monitored the application and kept the client informed on any updates until the granted decision was issued.
Cottage Hospice
Our client provided DMP with an existing site layout in order the proposed drawings could be prepared. The brief from the client was to incorporate additional parking spaces into the existing layout, due to increasing demands of the site.
Once the proposed drawings were signed off by the client DMP prepared the planning drawings, Planning/Design and Access Statement and submitted Full Planning Application.
DMP monitored the application and kept the client informed on any updates. During the planning process, following neighbour consultation the Planning Officer requested changes to the proposals, DMP turned the amended drawings around and issued back to the Planning Officer within 24 hours in order not to delay the process.
Once the granted decision noticed was issued from the local authority, DMP issued the notice with all the approved drawings to the client.
