Planning “hat trick” in Tunbridge Wells
DMP scores ‘hat trick’ in July with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and secures granted planning permission for two householders and local community trust.
The granted Schemes comprise of single storey extension to Sunnyside Community Hall in Rusthall, ground floor rear/side extension to detached house in St Johns area and external alterations and rear dormer to town house in conservation area opposite Calverley Park.
DMP proudly achieved 91% granted householder and minor ‘full’ planning applications determined by various planning authorities in the first half of 2022!
Furthermore, working with 13 Councils across London and Southeast, data from March 2021 to March 2022, DMP proudly achieves 86.4% successful Planning Application outcomes.
