DMP strike again! Successfully Achieving Permitted Development from Office to Residential Use

DMP have successfully secured prior notification for permitted development from office (B1) to residential (C3) providing a three bedroom apartment in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. An application was made in May with a granted decision being received within the 54 day time limit.

 During the consultation period DMP, on behalf of the Client, have been negotiating with a contractor to undertake the works. We shall be administering a JCT Minor Works Contract (2016) and overseeing the works during the 8 week contract period.
