DMP Submit further Planning Applications in Bromley, Kent

DMP recently instructed to prepare and submit a detailed planning application to Bromley Borough Council for the conversion of a former beauty clinic.

The particular area is over first and second floors to provide three new residential flats.

To point out, the Victorian property located in the heart of Bromley has been vacant for some time. Historically our client had received refusal for a previous scheme and approached DMP as we have successful secured planning for a number of other schemes nearby. Specifically, on a similar building, we obtained planning permission for conversion of redundant retail storage upper parts into residential.

Our architectural team are currently preparing a revised scheme in order to adhere to both National and Local Planning policies. We shall be looking to submit an application at the end of February. We look forward to updating again on our progress.
