DMP to project manage NEW multi million pound development in Reading!

DMP proudly awarded a prestigious contract to project manage a major development in Reading.

Ankor Property Group has recently instructed DMP to act as project managers for their exciting multi million pound mixed used scheme in Reading.

The scheme is to form 3 x large retail and 33 x residential units on the prominent Jacksons Corner in Reading. The mixed use scheme has achieved successful planning and works onsite have begun with completion expected mid-2019.

In addition, Jackson Corner is a great location, positioned close to both the railway station and The Oracle shopping centre. The Victorian building, once Jackson department store, will be brought back to life with a sympathetic conversion. The new lively restaurant brands earmarked for the development will provide a natural extension to the high street and complement other commercial schemes.

Furthermore we will be taking a hands-on role of managing this complex scheme through to final completion acting on behalf of the Client and working closely with the contractors, sub contractors and professional consultants to achieve a high quality development.
