DMP to undertake Acquisition Survey in Sittingbourne

DMP were recently contacted to carry out an Acquisition Survey for a client looking to take on the lease of a property in Sittingbourne. The client had expressed an interest to trade from the ground floor, whilst the upper parts to be converted into residential accommodation.

We attended site and carried out a full report for the property. This outlined a multitude of works that would ensure the building was first, initially safe for occupancy and secondly was maintained to extend the buildings useful life, preparing it for the future development proposal.

The Survey Report was accompanied with a full photographic schedule and breakdown of items which allowed the Client to use in discussion with the Landlord and Letting Agent.

At present the Landlord has also approached DMP to carry out a Schedule of Works for the property; be sure to check our website at a later date to see how this Project is progressing…
