DMP undertake Defects Inspection on large Student Accommodation in Greenwich

We have instruction for 12 month Defects Inspection program on 70 bedroom student accommodation in popular Greenwich

Instructed by a major London developer; DMP this week, undertook a Defects Inspection of a 70-bedroom student home in Greenwich, South London. 

The building was a new-build with a 15 month program during 2016/17.

Following the first year of student occupation, we formed a Defect and Maintenance Schedule associated to the contracted works.

Furthermore these works, on behalf of our Client, included a Programme of Works which integrated to ongoing maintenance of the property.
