DMP undertake Feasibility Study for new build scheme in Wandsworth

DMP have recently been instructed by a new client developer with respect to undertake a feasibility study for the construction of 3 new build houses and conversion of existing flat to form 2 no flats. Several options have been prepared and presented to the client.

A preferred option has been developed to include the construction a 2 new build 3 bedroom houses and 2 no. 2 bedroom apartments.

The clients appointed Planning Consultant shall be presenting a pre-app to the planning department at Wandsworth Council in order to receive advise prior to our preparation of detailed planning drawings to support a Full Planning Application.
